The PUP side loader from Wayne Engineering packs a ton and fits on a conventional one-ton truck. It specializes in routes where larger loaders can’t go or aren’t practical, such as parks and recs, beaches and resorts, campuses, and mobile home parks. An optional barrel dumper speeds and simplifies collections while reducing the risk of injury inherent in lifting heavy loads. Full-eject unloading removes packed waste from the PUP without body tipping. Standard body size is six cubic yards. The PUP is available in truck- or trailer-mounted models.
